The CEI offers Diagnoses and Action Plans tailored to the needs of each SME. These are made by consultants with extensive experience in the domestic industry.

The CEI's work team aids enterprises in using available economic instruments and benefits to implement the suggested actions, and links enterprises to actors and information of interest.

These services, which the CEI calls Technological and Competitive Guidance Consultation (COTC), are provided free of charge to industrial SMEs in the following sectors: food, metallurgical, plastics, chemical and wood.
